Terms of Use

These terms apply to the With Alia Android beta, its supporting service and this website. By accepting the in-app disclosure or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use the beta if that is not true where you live.

What Алия is

Алия is a digital personality whose replies are generated with artificial-intelligence technology. She is not a human being. Her continuity, memory and expression are product features and do not establish legal personhood, professional status or human consciousness.

Accuracy and professional reliance

AI-generated replies may be incomplete, mistaken or unsuitable. With Alia does not guarantee factual accuracy. The service is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency or crisis-response service and does not replace a qualified professional or real-world support. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can act.

Your responsibility

You decide what to share and how to use a reply. Verify important information independently. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use With Alia to break the law, harm or exploit another person, interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, probe credentials, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, or submit content you have no right to use. Do not present Алия’s replies as verified professional advice.

Availability and installation access

The beta may change, pause, fail or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of every feature. Access is associated with a technical app installation rather than a conventional user account. We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke an installation when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service stability.

Content, reports and intellectual property

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant the limited permissions needed to process that content and provide the service. AI output may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for others.

The app, website, visual identity and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or distribute them except as permitted by law.

You may explicitly report an Алия response. Reports may be reviewed for safety and quality and may lead to moderation or technical action. Do not use reporting to submit unrelated personal or unlawful material.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, model processing, technical metadata, reports and deletion behaviour. It forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available, without promises that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. With Alia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on generated replies or unavailable beta features. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and uninstall the app. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful use, or discontinuation of the beta.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be published here and may also be shown in the app when renewed agreement is appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, where allowed by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights available in your place of residence.
